The rooms are generally clean, the bed is exceptionally comfortable. Offers fantastic service and delicious food. In fact, there is very good internet. Its location is great and easy, a super close walk to Telekom Tower. It's in a magnificent building in the nice area.

The location was particularly good and decent, so close to KL Sentral, and common areas and easily accessible. I was given brand-new and top-notch room with coffee machine, a rain shower and full length windows.

Very decent and exceptionally nice breakfast, STUNNING location close to mid-valley mall and the office areas, the centre of Bangsar and garden and cititel. All the staff was willing to help.

View of the greenery the building was facing was amazing, the room was beautifully maintained and top-notch. Its location was very central, close to Telekom Tower. There were shopping malls and a bakery around the hotel.

Everything was perfect, spotless hotel, amazing location in so popular district. They gave us well-kept and tastefully decorated room with bathtub. The staff of the property was willing to help. There was a spacious bar with good service.

All good — we thoroughly enjoyed this known hotel — the food was different and the staff were super. The restaurant was excellent with great choice and very moderate prices.

The breakfast buffet at Link Restaurant was amazing with dishes from across the world and the staff, especially Indah, were courteous, attentive, and professional. The shuttle service to mid valley, KL Central, and PJ was very useful, and the late check out at 3:30 pm was much appreciated. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel turned out to be spotless and the breakfast option was amazing and awesome. The room was well-appointed and top-notch, had a comfy bed. The service was outstanding and the pool was excellent.

Marvellous location between office buildings, modern facilities. Based just off was good value and mall and a lot of other facilities and Midvelley and Bangsar. New building and rooms for a family event.
